* Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

* Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS notification containing your tracking details.

3. Shipping Partners & Delivery Time

We partner with J&T Express to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Once your parcel is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS.

5. Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate before placing an order.

ARIZAFRON EMPIRE is not responsible for:

* Parcels delivered to the wrong address due to customer input error.

* Missed deliveries caused by recipient unavailability.

* Delays caused by courier or unforeseen circumstances.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges will apply.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

2. Include your order number and photo evidence (if applicable).

3. We’ll assist in filing a courier claim and may offer a replacement or refund after verification.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within Malaysia only.

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or military bases.

Perishable or fragile products are packaged securely to preserve freshness and prevent damage during transit.
